 Develop work instructions/processes and procedures.
 Educate workers before starting work and provide appropriate instructions and directions.
 Measuring the facility's risks with respect to environmental risks and developing plans to avoid them.
 Develop safety programs in accordance with international safety standards and ensure timely implementation.
 Collaborate with supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis.
 Providing safe cover by developing and implementing health and safety programmes.
 Delegate responsibilities to HSE staff to cover every aspect of facility safety management.
 Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take the necessary measures to prevent its recurrence.
 Mark hazardous areas using safety posters, danger flashes, and safety campaign promotional materials.
 Interpret environmental regulations while developing plans for improvement actions.
 Develop and implement environmental projects that focus on waste management and damage reduction.
 Facilitate root cause analysis in an emergency situation and generate appropriate reports to document actions.
 Integrate HSE processes and practices into daily operations.
 Participate in routine health and safety activities including corrective actions, investigations and site reviews
 Planning and creating permits for safe work
 Ensuring the status and appointment of the employee qualified to practice the work
 Always use approved quality tools.
 Integration of equipment before starting work and the most important safety tools to be provided
 Ensure the integrity of fire prevention and protection equipment
- Understanding of health, safety and environment codes and the ability to read instructions.
- Proficiency in various test skills such as gas tests and others.
- Ability to prepare daily reports and evaluate actions.
- Understand the basics of communications and work near power plants.
- The ability to assess the risks of the site, the place where it is located, or pedestrians.

Regular inspection and audits of the airside particularly the runway, taxiway, aprons
and the service roads.
• Hazard identification and safety risk analysis.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of safety risk controls.
• Conduct fault/deficiency reporting to ensure that all faults or deficiencies are actually
reported and track progress of rectification.
• Ensure adherence to appropriate aerodrome safety practices by all airport tenants and
users. • Monitor adherence to the airside safety driving rules and issue traffic
citations/penalties for violations.
• Direct traffic at intersections of service roads and taxiways and in congested and
emergency areas.
• Respond to airside accidents involving aircraft, vehicles, persons, properties and
emergency alerts; investigate, analyze and submit detailed report including
recommended solutions to prevent their recurrence.
• Coordinate and supervise the initial response to airport emergencies involving aircraft or
vehicular accidents and other safety issues on the airport.
• Regularly inspect fire gadgets at the terminal facilities.
