MEP Infrastructure Project Manager
1.Set up initiative-strategies for new project, communicate with key stakeholders for
projects requirements, build up budget plan, Feasibility study and financial model.
2.Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to
stakeholders’ requirements and Project best practice need.
3. Supervise Project team on daily basis to execute assigned scope of work within
deadlines and budget.
4. Arrange Subcontractor List, ITB, RFP and Negotiate contractual and legal terms and
agreements.
5. Prepare and submit project proposals with project plan, schedule and budget.
6. Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to execute
successfully projects.
7.Perform cash flow & Cost Control analysis, EVM, monitor Baselines for multiple
Projects and Report for any variances and recommended solutions.
8. Submit professional progress reports and technical presentations for stakeholders as
needed. Ensure all delivery documents of projects being arranged and set out
accordingly and register lessons learn.
9. Perform Risk analysis and meet HSE standards and requirements in all projects.
10. Build operational Business plan, Project charters and monitor the performance of
execution plans and functional strategic objectives
Infrastructure development master plan: Sewage, Potable water and storm water
Network/ utilities.
2. Construction Buildings: Residential Compound (Al Isdihar-Exit 7), Olaya Tower
(Jeddah), Olaya Head Office (Riyadh), Commercial showrooms.
Facilitate construction and supervise installation of all Mechanical and plumping
component on site, Review Design, arrange BOQ, Construction Cost.
Assist in shop drawing design, Review submittals and follow up approvals from
Consultant/Designer.
Arrange and approve payment certificates for subcontractors and follow up payment.
Arrange budgets, Cash Flow, Project Schedule and baseline.
Send monthly reports to Project Director and relevant stakeholders.
Follow up site Technicians and labor for Their duties and responsibilities
set regular meetings with consultant and subcontractors to discuss project progress
and quality issues.
Mechanical systems maintenance,
Conveying systems, hydraulic, Compressors, Motors and pumps.
managing inventory, logistics, team leader of technicians. Procurment & safety manager.
Supervise technician to achieve daily work, responding to Breakdowns.
Creating a storage, Loading and Unloading Plan for Cement Warehouse.
Control the offshore operation for Loading Vessels with bulk Cement using
specialized shipLoader and conveying system.
Logistics management: Resolve problems concerning shipping procedures, logistics
systems, imports or exports authorities, customer and Agent issues
Arranging and reviewing all shipping documents; commercial invoice, Certificate of
Origin, bill of Lading, insurance, LC, etc…
Manage team worker assignment matrix, shift teams, payrolls and overtime sheets.
Managing site inventory & apply supply chain management.
Obtain safety Procedures & Environment control alongside all Operations.
Mechanical Engineer / Thermal Power /Hydraulic and Piping systems
