 Liasioning with consultants, bankers & tax authorities.
 Effectively interpret frequent amendments in IDT laws and analyze its impact on business.
 Managing the responsibility of Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, CST, TDS, labor cess and other applicable taxes.
 Preparing Budgets, Budget Phasing, Performance Review Reports, Capex. Tracking Budget and Variances
