I work with M.H Al Shaya Company as a Facilities Supervisor for MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems. My role includes managing Hard FM and managing Contractors. I have worked with retail brands such as Harvey Nichols, H&M, Debenhams, Bath & Body Works, Boots Pharmacy, Footlocker, Claires, MAC, Vavavoom, and more than 100 additional stores.
In addition to this, I have also handled the mall management for Sidra Mall and Jabriya Land Complexes.
I have worked at Arabella Mall in Salmiya, where responsibilities included maintenance of MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems, Building Management Systems, Lighting Management Systems, Power Generators, etc. Additionally, I managed Soft and Hard FM, Security Staff, Contractors, and Sub-contractors.
I have worked at GUST University which involved maintenance, MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Firefighting Systems, UPS, Power Generators, Solar Systems, Central Battery Systems, Building Management Systems, Lighting Management Systems, etc.
I have worked at Al Wahda Mall, where I managed maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems, Fire Alarm and Firefighting Systems, UPS, Central Battery Systems, Power Generators, Building Management Systems, etc. Additionally, I managed Soft and Hard FM, Security Staff, and Contractors and Sub-contractors.
I have worked on Water Treatment Plants, performing PPM, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Erection, Installation, and Commissioning of LT Control Panels, Motors, Starters, VFDs, MCC Panels, MLTBs, Industrial Blowers, Motorised Valves, 11KV Sub-Stations, Power Generators, Fire Alarm Systems, MEP Works, and HVAC Systems like Carrier, Petra, SKM, etc.
I have worked on projects involving complete Building Automation Systems, such as PVC and GI Conduit installations, Cable Tray works, Power and Control Cable installations for Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, VAVs, FCUs, Motors, Starters, MCC Panel Termination works, Electrical and HVAC Controls, etc.
I have worked with the Erection and Installation of LT Panels, MSBs, SMSBs, DBs, Motor and Starters, Power and Control Cabling, Dressing, and Complete Termination.
