• Reporting to the Operation Manager of day to day operation of the Store.
• Briefing the staffs on daily basis and motivating to ensure that each customer is provided quality customer service.
• Directly involved in the opening of New Retail outlets.
• Supervise and control that the bakery production is in conformance with Company’s SOP. (Quality, time, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation specifications.)
• Prepare the bakery display of the store and ensure its maintenance as per the company’s SOP.
• Inventory management, cost control and maximization of the store’s sales and profits.
• Coaching and training of staff, in order to improve performance and to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.
• Daily check up on the smooth performance of all store machinery and equipment.
• Fill all paper works of the store (evaluation of employees, store, scheduling, product ordering…)

• Did the mixing and baking of ingredients according to recipes to produce bakery products such as breads, pastries, cakes, and many others.
• Responsible for baking goods for use of sales as specialty baked product.
• Done measurement of flour and other ingredients for preparation of dough, batters, fillings and icings with the help of graduated containers and scale.
• Done rolling and cutting of dough to give proper shape to the food item.
• Responsible for observing and adjusting the temperature of the oven during baking process.
• Unload the trays after bake of bread, took it out and put aside to cool.
• Responsible for checking all the equipment for safety and health regulations.
