• Involved in operation and maintenance of MEP and Civil infrastructure services, housekeeping and cleaning operation for the properties.
• Coordinated delivery of total facilities management services across multiple contracts for the Meydan properties in coordination with multiple teams.
• Assessed supplier contractual performance at the site and implemented effective remedial measures based on the identified deviations.
• Functioned as the point of contact with Statutory Authorities, distribution companies, and other government departments based on the business and operational requirements.
• Followed up with the concerned stakeholders for setting up facilities for conducting Dubai World Cup Races and Mega Events.
• Rolled out SAP NWBC, CAFM for all PPM, reactive calls, and requests from various stakeholders. Rendered technical advice on contract works undertaken.
• Acquired saving in utility bills for the properties by implementing the various innovative energy management plan. Evaluated technical service documents and prepared maintenance schedules in coordination with respective Engineers/Team Leaders.
• Worked as client representative involved in submitting reports on design issues/defects to the consultants/DLP contractor.
Highlights:
• Actively managed 8 Dubai World Cup races and other top events in UAE in coordination with around 800 to 1, 000 staff.
• Generated 8 to 10% saving on the utilities bill of the properties.
• Registered 50, 000+ assets in the CAFM system, set up condition survey of all MEP & Civil Assets.
• Established in-house maintenance team and eliminated the outside contractors and reduced the operational expenses.
