•Preparing RFPs, variations, management modifications, administration and services for the company according to its available budget, and negotiating with suppliers.
•Ensuring delivery schedules and preparing ongoing reports for company executives, Tender analysis, Tender comparisons and reports.
•Review and Coordinate financial and contractual issues.
•Preparing and control all P.Os cycle to ensure that deal will complete as company requirement.
•Corporate cost controller to get the most valuable contracts with the lowest price to save our budget.
•Monitoring work productivity against established norms.
•Preparing all marketing and corporate payments.
Manage a team consist of 2 junior electrical engineers and 2 no. of cad operators.
Preparing all Shop drawings related to electrical works. Preparing all take off sheets to enable the procurement dept. to put orders. Making and check all voltage drop& phase balance calculation for any modified activities comparing with the issued for construction drawings.
Responsible engineer for coordination issue with the other utilities such as civil, Arch. And Mechanical activates
Preparing Shop drawing and As built drawing of all trades in electrical work
such as " medium voltage, low voltage, telecom, lighting …..etc " after all
checking review tasks such as "any needed calculations, coordination with the
arch design concept, coordination between the design and the approved
submittal, ….etc" .
Preparing the electromechanical composite drawings with the cad operators
team, extracting the conflict point and start solving for each case with the
other concern engineers.
Manage and prepare all Electrical activities including all technical submittals
process (material submittals, method statements, operation and maintenance
manual and handing over process).
Manage a team consist of 4 no. of cad operators.
Mange and deal with all related electrical suppliers to the project for the types,
delivery schedule, any modified spec's from the client, ……..etc.
Preparing all take off sheets to enable the procurement dept. to put orders.
Preparing the cost impacts due to RFI&letter issues comparing with our scope .
Making and check all voltage drop& phase balance calculation for any
modified activities comparing with the issued for construction drawings.
Coordinator engineer for the task of the Switch gear building as a new package
on KN scope.
Attending all progress meetings with the consultant, project management &
client.
Preparing all electrical design drawing for tender or for construction.
Preparing all electrical system such as ( Lighting, Power, Data system, Sound
system, Security system and CCTV, MATV systems ).
Preparing all required calculation such as ( calculation of lighting distribution
via Calculux and Dialux programs, power load calculation, feeder calculation
, voltage drop calculation and phase balance calculation ).
Preparing and draw all single line diagrams for all electrical systems.
Preparing all take off sheets to prepare the bill of quantities.
Coordinate with the other utilities such as ( mechanical work and architectural
work ) to ignore any conflict between them .
