* Data gathering:
- Communicate With all divisions to support them in drawing the recruitment plans and provide the HR advice and vision.
- Specify the vacancies and its requirements.
* Sourcing:
- Design the vacancies ads and share it in the employment websites, social media, Taqat centers and the educational facilities.
* Selection:
- Conduct pre-screening interviews with the applicants to nominate the fit for the next interviews and present the HR recommendations to the concerned division.
* Offering:
- Share the requirements with the candidates for issuing the offers and contracts.
*overseas:
Follow up all the overseas candidates till they arrive to KSA & start their hiring process.
* Supervision:
- Distribute the tasks between the administrators & the coordinators.
- Follow up and work side by side with them to perform the onboarding process.
- Make sure that they are doing their job perfectly.
- Evaluate their performance and support them by teaching & training them for enhancing their skills & knowledge.
* Reporting:
Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.

Recruitment responsibilities :
* Data gathering:
Contact With all departments to specify the vacancies and its requirements.
* Sourcing:
Design the vacancies ads and share it through the social media, Taqat centers.
* Build resumes database.
* Filtering:
- Check the resumes and CVs and filter the matched with the vacancy requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct phone screening.
* Selection:
Conduct pre-screening interviews with the applicants to nominate the fit for the next interview and present the HR recommendations to the concerned department .
* Offering:
Share the requirements with the candidates for issuing the offers and contracts.
* On-boarding process
Issue the employment number, ID card, stationary, GOSI, Iqama, .. etc
Take the new joiner in an orientation tour within the company departments.
* Reporting:
Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
* Follow up the overseas process.

-Handling all requests and complains in BMW and Mini web site.
-Organizing the Events, campaigns and occasions of BMW.
-Communicating with the current and expected customers to invite them to join the Events and to provide them with all new in BMW and Mini.
-Assisting HR department in finding the employment applications and cvs.
-Receiving the customers calls, answering their questions and inquiries, clarifying how to use the services and products and handling their problems and complains.
-Communicating with the customers to provide them with all new in Mobily.
