Asphalt road diversion project for Al-Orouba Road and Abi Baker Road, Riyadh.
Earthworks including approximately 1.0 million m³ excavation and 1.0 million m³ backfilling with a total project value of around 40.8 million SAR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the main contractor in daily planning and construction execution activities.
• Preparing detailed work programs, schedules, and weekly progress updates.
• Supervising earthworks, excavation, backfilling, and asphalt works.
• Managing equipment, crushers, screening plants, and production activities.
• Completing road diversion works on Al-Orouba Road with a total length exceeding 4.7 km while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Main Road Construction Project for New Yamama Cement Factory including internal roads.
Scope included asphalt roads, stormwater drainage system, solar street lighting, and road marking works.
Total project value approximately 25 Million SAR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating between the project owner, consultants, and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Preparing project schedules and monitoring construction progress with the site execution team.
• Supervising asphalt works, drainage systems including concrete pipes and concrete ditches.
• Managing road marking and solar lighting installation for internal and external roads.
• Resolving site issues and coordinating with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Infrastructure Construction Project - Arabian Metallurgical Corporation of China (AMCC).

Scope included foundation excavation and backfilling, internal roads construction, stormwater drainage network, sewer network, and landscape works.

Key Project Data:

• Foundation excavation approximately 0.2 million m³ and backfilling approximately 0.15 million m³.
• Construction of heavy steel structure foundations (81 isolated foundations) with approximately 4000 m³ concrete casting.
• Construction of 17 km internal roads including 7 km concrete roads and 10 km asphalt roads.
• Development of approximately 0.1 million m² parking area.
• Installation of 10 km stormwater drainage system including concrete ditches and pipes.
• Construction of 4 km sewer network including around 150 manholes with PVC and HDPE pipelines.

Total project value approximately 49 Million SAR.
