Supervised and galvanised 30 staff to perform to their potential at all times, prepared work schedules and assigned work duties. Overhauled financial statements, sales / activity reports and other performance data in order to measure productivity and goal achievement then pinpointed areas that needed attention regarding cost reduction and programme improvement. Set up and implemented departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures in conjunction with board members, company officials and staff.
Determined staffing requirements then carried out / oversaw the full recruitment lifecycle. Closely monitored businesses and agencies to ensure required services were provided within budget limitations. Built up mutually beneficial partnerships with distributors, panel builders and system integrators as well as the customer base including consultants, architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, developers and government institutions. Key Achievements • Achieved a $10m SAR vertical market jump by establishing / managing the electrification business unit and dividing it into two divisions - a P LV panel factory and LV product retail division • Defined the retail strategy by introducing mixed basket product rebates, on-time payment rebates and end user oriented launching campaigns which boosted revenue and quickly introduced products to market • Ran retail channel outlets through weekly interaction with C-level executives which ensured consumers felt comfortable dealing with the group • Established the maintenance contracting division which consisted of eight truck divisions utilizing LV products and hardware through a hotline which increased sales
