• Overseeing departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Determining business requirements for IT systems.
• Set and Implement Policies and Procedures, SLA, OLA, roadmap, Targets, measurements, KPIs, structure, Enterprise Architected for the development and interoperability.

o A real time dashboard for Bed management using SSRS BI.
o Establish the interoperability between MNGHA and SHC through Yasser.
o Establish the GSB interoperability between MNGHA and Yasser, with 53 services, utilizing 12 services internally.
o Innovate an Interoperability solution, including Interoperability analytics, recording systems interoperability logics, advance and smart searching and tracing messages for troubleshooting, not forgetting the interoperability Dashboard.
o Automate all departmental business process (requests, Approvals, support)
o Defined the interoperability data NDA, SLA, OLA, WBS.

o Enhance advanced interoperability Alert mechanism at connection and data quality level (How, when, where, What)

o Design the MNGHA interoperability architecture and infrastructure for high availability and to adopt the expansion of more than 7 hospitals and more than 65 PHCs.
