Teaching Leaadership and change management courses to MBA students and supervising graduation projects.

Show clients how to build and manage their financial wealth and security;

Academic Director:I took a leadership role in teaching and curriculum development to ensure an efficient running of the BscBA program. This included close coordination with other business program directors, development of programs of study, planning course offerings and committee work, preparation and delivery of lectures and seminars and supervision of newly hired faculty members.
Vocational Director:
Working closely with senior managers and the vice president of the organization.
Working closely and coordinating with the Chartered Management Institute in the UK by following certain quality standards.
Keeping the CMI center accredited by the Awarding body in the UK.
Training the trainers to ensure high quality and consistency in program delivery.
Applying for new management and leadership qualifications as needed by the organization.
Keeping a proper documentation regarding all the existing and forthcoming qualifications.
Providing leadership and management to the staff for the program under my charge.
Evaluating all staff's performance in the program by doing the performance appraisal.
