*Ensure that all documentation related to the purchase & sales currently and is in accordance with company policy and procedures.

*Coordinate with the warehouse to make sure that vehicle is transacted on the system and to be delivered on time.

*Be on contact with the workshops in case of any problem during the warranty or any damage before or through delivery.

*Coordinate with credit control department for final financial release so as to make invoices.

* Provide the stock control department any information about the quantity status and gives an explanation if needed.

*Ensure that all customers are aware of the terms and conditions of purchase or sale, Such as warranty conditions and service schedules, that all relevant documents are received.

*Relevant storage of documentation in order to be reference when needed.

*Supervise the handover and delivery of new vehicle being supplied to costumer.

*Carry out quality control procedure for new vehicle arriving form PDI (pre delivery incapacitation) or stores before delivery or display.

*Invoices for sold vehicles immediately after delivery.

*Maintain secure storage of all documents, service books, hand book, insurance documentations and other related items.

*Create sales orders on the system & replace & cover the sales person if needed.

*Create service contract on the oracle system.
