Regular sales calls and follow up with existing and potential key accounts to open new business opportunities.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and ascertain client satisfaction, keep the relationship with the customers.
Coordinate & handling the works with different printing press to get different prizes. Have strong knowledge about promotional giveaways (local & overseas), large format printing (bridge banners, billboards) & campaigns including video editing.
Give sales department instruction & information about new customers
Explain the design for the art director, give ideas, discus the idea of the 3d animation; prepare all the steps for production and Follow up with the printing press.
Have direct contact with Marketing Department in Emaar properties. Dubai Holding, El Nakheel, Internet Media city & different Product Mangers in Pharmaceuticals Companies, Pico International

Meet the Manager of the International Advertising Companies to discuss our Product specially large format printing like banner, flexes, vinyl and other different product like display stand and gift items.
Deal with different companies like Pharmaceutical companies and properties
Prepare & Follow up the monthly, quarterly & yearly plan for the sales & marketing department.
Manage the sales team & Review the operation flow of the sales & other departments’ related activities.
Follow up & Coordinate with other departments for the preparation of the: shop drawings, cost analysis, bids & quotations, contracts’ assignment, job orders, production, installations & collection processes.

Interview & Train the candidates whom applying for the job openings / postings.
