• Supervised a team of 35 subcontractor trainers and training specialists, and evaluated training materials prepared by trainers, such as outlines, text, and handouts
• Prepared the annual budget of the training / learning and development departments, monitored training costs to ensure budgeting is not exceeded, and prepared periodical budget reports
• Designed and delivered in-house training courses, and facilitated learning events and workshops
• Identified a variety of methods for delivering training / talent development programs; e.g. instructor-led, e-learning / web based, simulation, on the job training, mentoring, etc.
