Responsible for client side implementation of projects in Fixed Asset Management System, Warehouse Management System, Voice Inspection, Fluid Management System, and Automation.
Responsibilities include:
• Documenting the Business Requirements Specifications based on client requirements and our recommendations.
• Setting up the Database and Server for applications.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with project stakeholders.
• Providing L2 Application support and troubleshooting.
• Delivering end user training to ensure smooth transition to the client.
• Generating Reports for the client and internal use.
Achievements:
• Leading the internal implementation of the ticketing system to handle support requests from clients.
• Creating Power BI Dashboard to track project implementation.
• Creating a website for internal use through SharePoint that allows us to track Customers, Login Credentials, and know issues in applications.
Worked as a project coordinator while supporting the Implementation Consultant with tasks related to software implementation.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning resource assignment and team activities with stakeholders throughout the project lifetime.
• Supporting end users during project implementation and after go-live.
• Providing L1 Application support and troubleshooting.
• Deployments of client on end user machines.
• Validating Data based on provided services.
• Generating reports for internal use in productivity and billing hours.

• Creating internal tools to facilitate data validation.
• Creating document templates for internal use to track project based customer support and billing hours.
• Create standardized user manual for customers.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.

• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Talking staff through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
