 Currently working as Training & Development Group Leader.
 Established Inspection Department Human Resources Development Group
 Worked in ID Human Resources Development System project and implementation
 Helped in organizing and registration of the 4th and 5th NDT Conferences and Exhibitions. Also worked as a track chairman in the 5th conference.
 Participated in the development of Inspection C-Maps.
 Participated in the development and revision of inspection job descriptions and job ladders.
 Participated in the functional decomposition for all inspection units in 28 operating facilities in the company Kingdom wide.
 Participated in the plants and refineries integrity efforts by participating in the assessment of the training of inspectors company wide.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

 Worked as acting Administration Unit Supervisor.
 Worked on all operating and business plan activities and control. This includes manpower planning and control, cost analysis and control, and Net Direct Expenditures (NDE).
 Developed ID Balanced Scorecard (BSC) measures and strategic initiatives. BSC is a strategic tool which is used to measure the organization performance through its commitment to achieve its goals through SAP TEM.
 Worked as the department BSC coordinator.
 Deployed the Performance Management Program (PMP) system and worked as the system administrator and support representative of the department.
 Worked as a department Corporate Security Liaison (CSL) and LAN Administrator for ID. This includes all troubleshooting activities and computer software and hardware setup and forecast for all ID employees.
 Worked as part of the Zero Base Manpower to map & optimize work activities in Inspection Department using Six Sigma and Lean thinking techniques. The result of this optimization process is a reduction of 120 employees in ID manpower.

Worked in Dhahran Utilities Dept. (DUD), Computer Group to do the following:

 Built the Minor Maintenance Ticket (MMT) Request system using the service request system (SRS) building tool to help in the coordination of maintenance activities with DUD customers.
 Working with communication engineers on wireless network project to enable Dhahran Utilities Maintenance engineers to order materials and work on trouble tickets while they are in the field. The project was implemented in 2003.
 Organized the computer security awareness campaigns for Saudi Aramco and contractor employees with Computer Security Administration.
 Worked as a department Corporate Security Liaison (CSL) and LAN Administrator for DUD. This includes all troubleshooting activities and computer software and hardware setup and forecast for all DUD employees.

Data & Network Maintenance Group (IT)

 Supporting and maintaining all IT networking equipment in Dhahran.
 Worked with network management group to configure ATM switches and assures connectivity to supported buildings.
 Worked with data cabling group as part of the assignment in many projects.

Worked in Business Information Warehouse (IT) to do the following activities:

 Building and maintaining the Plant Maintenance (PM) Module for SAP BW before the Go-Live in Saudi Aramco.
 Working on the Work Order Database Tables (Cubes) which represent the core of Dhahran Utilities Department operation.
 Analyzing and transporting data tables to the SAP/R3 using the proper SAP BW tools.
 Building BW queries and reports for the PM Module.
