Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate proficiently with other functions: furniture, logistics, decoration, and customer service department on major change and daily business
• Ensure that all merchandise items in market hall area are adequately stocked, communicated and priced
• Ensure that all important items in M/H are properly displayed and presented in a way to meets customers expectation
• Coach and motivate staff to convert Azizia Panda visitors to customers
• Apply space management concept in all items to generate volume sales
• Report all issues and demand to store manager on a timely and proficient manner
• Share with store managerial team any suggestions or ideas that will reflect benefit to customers
• Ensure a comfortable and inviting atmospheres to customers in the store during the shopping day
• Ensure that right physical inventories are done regularly
• Lead and guide leaders in performing their functions responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve the sales budget and gross margin.
• All the operating costs related to my area.
• Achieve the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the areas of responsibility are ready for the customers before the store opens.
• Responsible to ensure that the store’s shape looks new and has a strong commercial basics level in my area during all opening hours.
• Ensure that each area I responsible for is properly staffed with trained and qualified coworkers during all opening hours
• Ensure that the sales forecasts are adapted to the actual sales in order to achieve an optimal goods flow
• Ensure that all co-workers are properly trained including development programs to secure the store performance and succession needs
• Secure that all products in your area are displayed according to the merchandising basics (clean, full, priced and well maintained) during all opening hours
