KAP-2 project
• Receiving tender requests with tender package from operation team
• Applying my revision on the tender package to assure that all the needed documents included from specs, BOQs, equipment schedules etc…
• Meeting subcontractors and suppliers representatives in the presence of my direct manager, checking their company profiles and have a look on their pre-qualification. .
• Prepare potential bidders list according to their qualifications to the assigned package LOT and then getting approval on it from Project Manager
• Reviewing technical proposal whenever the package is small or else forwarding it to technical department for bid review and analysis.
• Follow procurement schedule of sending invitations, receiving quotations, opening bids, preparing comparative analysis (Technical & Commercial), initiation of awarding authorization …issuing work order
MOF Project
• Handling inspections and getting approval for all installations and material deliveries following the NFPA, SMACNA, ASPE specifications and approved Shop Drawings and material submittals
• Managed different aspects of the installation of TES system (one of five in KSA); briefing the specification of the system to the consultant, getting approval for the submittals, inspecting material installation.
• Requests for installation dealt with high precision yet taking into consideration the master key plan of the project and coming up with solutions and corrective actions to prevent loss of valuable time.
• Following up installations in chiller plant building ranging from pump connections and accessories to final chiller testing and commissioning.
• Selected by mechanical service manager to finalize with BMS subcontractor mechanical equipments’ sequnce of operation
Academic Design Projects Project Title: Aspiration Central Hotel Angola Project Description: My project is an advanced and complex one. It's difficulty arises from being a 5-stars hotel with its required standards, in addition to 37 residential units. Dealing with such a great project within a specified period of time was a great challenge to us. My group and I were responsible for HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting designs. We calculated the cooling load, designed ducts, made layouts , selected equipment, designed a proper supply and drainage water system in addition to an applicable and suitable fire fighting system. Project Title: ATV Detailed Drawing Project Description: The project was to apply what we learned in the Autocad 3D to make a detailed drawing of an existing ATV. It was a group oriented project where each person was in charge for a part of the big assembly. I was responsible for drawing the stearing handles and wheels. Moreover, I was given the responsiblity of combining all the parts together on 3D-Max and coordinating between all the team members.
