• Estimating and scoping MEP during mall operations.
• Reviewing Tenants Drawings, making suggestions/modifications as they
related to the MEP codes.
• Managing and leading MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the
project handing over and operation.
• Developing detailed schedules for all MEP installation activities, including
cost and resource loading.
• Reviewing and approving materials and equipment’s for MEP systems prior
to installation.
• Monitoring installation and start-up of MEP systems and Commissioning.
• Communicating progress and preparing appropriate reports as needed.
• Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP system.
• Reviewing and coordination of submittals and shop drawing for stores fit
out.
• Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage
systems.
• Performing all work of maintenance (Chiller system, AHU, FAHU, FCU,
Booster pumps, Fire alarm, Firefighting, Electrical panels…. etc.).
• Working on Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as
they relate to shopping mall standards.

• Creating MEP drawings and load schedules for projects with BOQ.
• Project monitoring and controlling (follow-up with contractor).
• Site management (supervision, Execution, quality monitoring, T&C)
• Implementation of QA/QC metrics, acceptance criteria, and site manuals for
inspections, risk assessment, method of statement, T&C, O&M, training,
etc. for successful TOC.
