Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage portfolios of ICT business projects and programs.
- Direct, coach and support project managers & teams towards successful project implementations.
- Realize programs business benefits, through planned adoption and rollouts approaches.
- Alignment of business information systems with strategic orientation, business processes and end user expectations.
- Propose strategic decisions for the organization, to allow business user satisfaction and excellence levels achieved.
- Establish long-term implementation of innovative solutions aligned with end user satisfaction and needs.
- Anticipate the long-term needs of the business and effectively influence the improvement of the organizational processes.
- Prepare reports on the overall performance of the business projects or programs to the ICT Manager and other C-Level managers & Directors.
- Contribute to establish division goals, methods, policies and procedures for implementing programs in alignment with the Sector and organization wide strategic vision, mission and goals.
- Capture and understand high level business and end user requirements.
- Manage Support & Operations Teams.
- Manage Internal and external SLAs.

• Multimedia programming for e-learning modules, including games, animations and other interactive modules.
• Managing and assigning tasks to team members
• Training of new employees and trainees
• Advanced programming tasks
Creative Graphic Design of Educational multimedia, including media for e-learning.
