Develop IT Policies / SOP
Develop Lebanon Country Program IT Policy.
Backup / DR: develop, implement and manage backup solutions for office/individual users as per IRC IT HQ recommendations and provide the necessary training on the use of these back-up solutions.
Update appropriate network security and data loss prevention procedures to safeguard system from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users and damage to data.
Plan IT budget for all Lebanon offices
Create and maintain IRC computer software/hardware inventory ensuring accuracy.
Create and maintain network documentation to include but not limited to IP address, system access, email creation system, upgrades and changes to original network, etc.
Implement setup of the KACE server ( Centralized Updates Manager)
Develop and implement user and support local staff training, including training on basic care and maintenance of computers and equipment for users.
Test and evaluate new technology as required by HQ IT.
Perform annual IT Audit for Lebanon CP as directed by global IT
Maintain an updated IT Asset Registry, including software & licenses
Develop appropriate protocols for regular maintenance of all IRC computer related equipment.
Staff Capacity Building
Provide technical supervision for IT staff in Lebanon CP by on-the-job support and coaching to promote harmonized program approaches and strategies.
Coordinating between IT team members in CP and delegating tasks
Building IT team capacity in Lebanon CP by providing the needed IT technical training & assistance
Ensure that performance objectives for IT staff are regularly reviewed and met.
Reporting directly to the CISO, focusing on the security implementation and refinement of IRC multi-country ERP deployment (Microsoft D365 with the integration with FastPath).
• Working with ERP Team (Business and IT) to design and implement preventive and detective security controls including security roles, cost centers, XDS, teams, security events, reporting, etc.
• Ensuring ERP security processes and technologies have appropriate ownership; by creating and maintaining documentation such as process flows and technical procedures, standards, etc.
• Designing and leading oversight reporting including implementation of FastPath to ensure appropriate managers are reviewing and re-certifying user access on a periodic basis.
• Strengthening control design in key ancillary systems as needed such as Office 365, Azure, SSRS, Qualys, Sophos, etc.
• Establishing, reviewing, and verifying the system risk and information security risk related policies, standards and procedures documentation.
• Developing, planning and implementing ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 and DFID Cyber Essentials compliance requirements.
Follow up and supervision of Technical personnel.
Preparing blue prints for IT projects. (Case Study of projects)
