• Demand Planning: Develop sales plans and forecasts and create procurement plans to maximize profitability for recycling of PET plastic and old corrugated containers.
• Inventory Management: Optimize tied up capital in Inventory while ensuring customer service level is always high.
• Production Planning: Responsible for planning and operating the daily production per hour to achieve and maintain JIT production.
• Logistics: Develop and evaluate raw material receiving plans, manage storage of materials, and coordinate with transporters for inbound and outbound JIT deliveries
• Supplier Management: Plan, train, and supervise supplier development, improvement, and termination efforts as indicated by performance.
Created and put in action a full business plan for a newly established factory, which covered:
• Marketing plan that demonstrates the business trading model as well as market needs and involvements
• Operations plan that specifies suppliers, tools, machineries, raw materials and construction plan, operating plan. Etc
• Human resource plan that identifies the needs, count and qualifications of the human resources
• Complete financial plan and budgeting for marketing, operations and human resources needs.
Supervising the overall production process for 36 different types of semi-finished products, including demand planning, production scheduling, delivery to intermediary warehouses.
