-Reporting to our office in Netherlands regarding our development programs progress status "leadership, literacy, ..." in Egypt and Middle East.
-Traveling frequently to visit the parties we partner with to follow up how they benefit from our development programs in their practical life and collect the feedback regularly.
-Responsible for the induction program for new employees, training them about our products, compounds and company's policy.
-Presenting all details regarding our units either residential or commercial in companies showrooms & exhibitions.
-Hiring brokers and agents and managing our relationship with them in terms of training them and following up their deals.
-Managing site visits to our potential VIP clients and follow up with them till we close the deal.
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advise and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, property valuation, Dubai Property tour…etc) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service.
- Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE (and other) and study factors Influencing property market.
- Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, unit plans, showing the property to clients.
- Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, seminars…etc)
- Targeting clients either individuals or corporate promoting suitable investment plans for them & their staff.
- Giving the most ideal advice to clients depending on their short or long term financial goals considering their financial needs.
-Developing our bases & contacts with small, mid & big organizations in different sectors for the purpose of enhancing our business & keeping a long term relationship with those organizations.
- Contacting the ones who responsible for employees' benefits or human resources, setting appointments with them presenting the best plans & service to their staff.
- Following up with clients handling their concerns regarding our offered plans.
-Taking care of our customers accounts & following up their concerns.
-Visiting them once in a while advising them with requirements to improve their
production.
-Studying the technical benefits and weaknesses of chemical materials that we
provide comparing with other competitors.
-Contact our vendors worldwide & reporting them periodically with the Egyptian
market status.
- Targeting people in states convincing them to sign up with us to make their
International Calls.
