My day-to-day tasks included organizing the lending process:
Credit Origination → Credit Analysis → loan approval → Credit Administration → Loan Review.

My day-to-day tasks included:
-Managing online, mobile and phone banking, online transfers, etc.
-Problem solving (solving complaints), simulations & inquires (bank products).
-Service provision at the Smart branch (Account opening, credit analyst \{personal loan, housing loan, car loan,
credit cards\} etc.)
-Monitoring the Western Union - Bob Finance Support Services.
Monitoring claims reception in accordance to regulatory and contractual agreement.
-Ensuring that claims are closed in accordance with processing and audit service levels and guidelines.
-Monitoring the turnaround time of claims processing cycle for both Network and reimbursement claims in
accordance to contractual agreements.
-Managing the Processing & Audit procedural manual in a manner which ensures compliance to accepted processing
standards, internal & external audit requirements and company policy.
-Preparing monthly activity and turnaround time reports and yearly reconciliation reports with providers and risk
carriers.
