• Provide overall leadership for monitoring & control of all company finished goods & warehouse assets.

• Provide 3PL services under Unitra Logistics TL and monitor the main KPIs ( On-Time Shipping, Shipping Accuracy, Order Accuracy, Inbound Receiving Time, assist on the clearing and Municipality inspection, Order fulfilment & Inventory Accuracy.
• Evaluate and makes recommendations regarding the development, implementation, and enhancement of computerized inventory tracking systems and recommend technological modifications as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of security control procedures for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate the surveillance and investigation of stock shortages and differences from system and resolve discrepancies by following up with finance and warehouse teams and submitting appropriate reports.
• Handling 565+ FG SKUs & 867+ RM/PM.

Monitoring & Control of Warehouse Areas:
• Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing & logistics operations and promptly correct unsafe conditions.
• Promote security awareness among logistics and warehouse employees.
• Assure & implement best practices and highest hygiene standards in all warehouses and ensure maximum utilization of available storage facility.

Management Information Report:
• Analyze consolidated reports (weekly physical stock report, bi-weekly slow moving & near expiry report, repacking report, scrap products, pallets movement report, monthly inventory reconciliation, etc) and submit them weekly to Supply Chain Director.
• Monitor the movement of promotions on weekly basis by submitting weekly promotion movement reports.

Warehouse Team Management:
• Coach guide & provide consistent constructive feedback to develop the staff members and improve performance. Participate in problem solving activities for warehousing/logistics operations and advise on process improvement.
• Develop staffing & skill-building plans & programs for warehousing & logistics departments in line with company objectives.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinate staff & recommends the selection of suitable training; recommend new hiring decisions and train new
joiners to develop them.
• Provide on-the-job training and orientation to new employees.
