• Provide overall leadership for monitoring & control of all company finished goods & warehouse assets.

• Evaluate and makes recommendations regarding the development, implementation, and enhancement of computerized inventory tracking systems and recommend technological modifications as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of security control procedures for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate the surveillance and investigation of stock shortages and differences from system and resolve discrepancies by following up with finance and warehouse teams and submitting appropriate reports.

Monitoring & Control of Warehouse Areas:
• Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing & logistics operations and promptly correct unsafe conditions.
