Present Key Responsibilities:
▪ Managing customer accounts, looking after field service requirements, project management and customer demands.
▪ Team leader, ensure best and timely quality service delivery to customers, as well as maintaining operational KPIs (key performance indicators).
▪ Project management and delivery within agreed timelines, Software and Hardware upgrades, site preparations and team management.
▪ Ensuring procedural adherence and resolving unexpected technical difficulties within agreed SLAs, identifying bottlenecks and providing effective solutions.

▪ Installing and maintaining LAN/WAN with mainframe network architecture as per standard networking protocols. Monitoring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, Unified Computing Systems-Cisco servers and EMC Clariion/VNX Storage Modules.
▪ Deploying and overseeing hardware, software, operating systems, performing regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum system performance.
▪ Providing technical support to clients, including maintenance and troubleshooting for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in accordance to appropriate security procedures.
▪ Handling whole gamut of activities for NCR assets delivery to customer’s inclusive of tools, software, vehicles, documentation and intellectual property as per the allocation of management.
▪ Developing and maintaining customer relationship through informal communication channels at local level for various branches, stores and offices.
▪ Keeping appropriate track record of all log calls, inventories, expenses for delivery services whilst including telephone, private automobile and public transportation costs

• Assisted in handling the cabling and CCTV cameras for enhancement of security systems whilst maintaining wire communications and radios.
• Gained knowledge in Installing various cable audio TV, satellite master antenna TV, wired communications and radios.
• Issued site instructions, handled technical queries and submitted relevant reports to senior management on a daily/weekly basis.
• Determined appropriate technology for the customer's network focused on interoperability of various standards and protocols.
• Supervised quality standards and safety measures on the site and assured that all operational regulations are adhered to.
