o Establish the energy solutions division within the company.
o Work on acquiring official ESCO license in Saudi Arabia.
o Assist in business development activities and establishing new partnerships.
o Manage and supervise a multinational team of engineers and energy auditors in conducting investment grade energy audits in commercial, industrial and governmental facilities.
o Prepare proposals for energy and water conservation projects and renewable energy systems.
o Work on Detailed Facility Study (DFS) reports for governmental projects with TARSHID.
o Prepare Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans to verify the achieved savings.
o Manage a Pilot Project with the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) for energy efficiency in the commercial sector including:
➢ Develop a fact base for energy consumption in the commercial sector
➢ Assess current challenges and potential enablers for energy projects
➢ Conduct 50 ASHRAE Level 1energy audits for various commercial sub-sectors
➢ Conduct 20 ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits for various commercial sub-sectors
➢ Develop an Energy Management Guide for commercial facilities
➢ Provide energy audit training for SEEC staff
➢ Conduct workshops for facility teams to present the results in each commercial sub-sector
➢ Update the Saudi Measurement & Verification User Guide
➢ Develop a Measurement & Verification Services Plan to be adopted by SEEC

o Develop the structure for the new ARZ 2.0 Green Building Rating System launched by LGBC.
o Work on ARZ 2.0 web-based platform for project registration and certification.
o Prepare the technical assessment criteria including guidelines and calculators for the following modules:
➢ Energy
➢ Water
➢ Materials
➢ Wellness
➢ Site
o Conduct training workshops for engineers and assessors to introduce the new system and present the technical criteria.

o Manage the certification of green building projects from early design till end of construction through coordination and follow-up with all project stakeholders.
o Prepare technical proposals and feasibility studies for projects applying for energy efficiency, renewable energy and environmental loans under NEEREA and LEA financing mechanisms.
o Perform building energy modeling and renewable energy systems simulation studies.
o Conduct training workshops and provide technical support to design teams and contractors on all sustainability topics (energy efficiency, water conservation, materials selection and green construction practices).
o Trainer at BIM-ME (LEED GA course, Carrier HAP-Hourly Analysis Program)

o Supervise and assist the design team in reviewing projects’ tender documents and preparing cost estimation studies.
o Contact suppliers and request quotations for materials and equipment.
o Provide technical assistance to site engineers and preparation of execution drawings.

o BIM design using Autodesk Revit MEP of mechanical building services and infrastructure networks, prepare the related specifications and bill of quantities.

o Design of infrastructure development projects (prepare design drawings for mechanical utilities networks, execution details, specifications and bill of quantities)
o Design of building services projects (prepare design drawings for air conditioning, plumbing and fire fighting systems, specifications and bill of quantities)
