Fleet Operations and Maintenance, • Having a successful career path based on the outstanding performance and the dedication doing my duties as Fleet Manager Managing A Fleet of a Variety of 385 Vehicles Saloons, 5.5 trucks and 40 to 60 ton Trailers.
• Prepare AOP Annual Operation Plan in coordination with Management and Company Vision.
• Prepare PDR Personal Development Report to move forward with department output improvement.
• Plan, direct and control the daily Fleet activities of subordinates engaged.
• Monitor and improve Fleet teem performance through KPIs Mentoring and Training.
• Conduct Periodical and annual Appraisal for Fleet Staff.
• Search and Provide High Quality and competitive prices replacement parts.
• Monitor and assure all fleet equipments are incompliance with International and Local safety standards.
• Monitor and assure all fleet equipments are incompliance with Police, Traffic and RTA Regulations.
• Advice and participate in the design of special fleet equipments or work stations with suppliers.
• Test new drivers and conduct periodical training and Awareness sections to all drivers.
