-Responsible for implementation of the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System of the project. Review of technical documents (Drawings & Reports) incompliance with client document control requirement. Management of the internal audit programme (including making arrangements for audits to be carried out, collation and dissemination of audit reports amongst the project team, Sub-consultants and Hyder management as appropriate). Preparation of Corrective Action Reports (CARs) in response to any non-conformances, managing the close out of any non-conformance reports and managing the collation and reporting of the Quality (non-contractual) KPIs; and Lessons learned coordinator.
Project: The Al Mas Tower, Jumeirah Lake Project
- Monitor site installation process of sub-contractor for Curtain Wall works (Façade Engineering) in line with the approved drawings, specification & requirements.
- Checked and verify the delivery of materials received in site as per the approved requirements (ITP, MS & Others).
-Checked and verify raised Inspection Request for all finished civil works prior to installation of Curtain Wall to ensure it comply with the requirements.
- Oversee performance testing of Curtain Wall (Unitized & Stick System) and other product as per the approved shop drawings.
- Monitor the implementation of project quality plan to determine its continuing suitability and effectiveness,
- Monitor and to report any quality related issues with Project Manager and Construction Manager through Quality Manager and participating in project management meetings on issues related to the project.
- Conduct visit in sub-contractors factory premises to verify the availability and production process of materials in line with the requirements of the project.
- Raise inspection report for the finished rectification works ready for inspection by consultant for closing the raised nonconformity report.
-Log all the raised Inspection Request and Material Inspection Request raised by subcontractor and coordinate with the consultant for the schedule inspection.
-Prepare daily progress report and daily quality control report to be submitted to PM, CM and QM.
- Implementation of the inspection & test plan requirements.
- Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards, contracts, specifications through suitable examinations and testing.
-To follow-up inspection request and material inspection request to the consultants for final inspection as per the ITP.
-Attending weekly meetings to discuss and resolved issues pertaining to the speedup of the project
Project: The Burj Dubai, Tower
- Auditing and monitoring the project quality plan to determine its continuing suitability and effectiveness, and the level of implementation being applied to determine where improvements are needed, recommending and instigating as necessary the appropriate corrective action.
-Participating in project management meetings on issues related to the project quality system.
- Developing and implementing training sessions on the project quality system for the project personnel.
- Reviewing the project’s organizational relationships as they affect quality and developing proposals for improvement.- Advising the Project Director on all current quality matters and developments, and areas of concern.
- Determining and reporting the principal causes of quality losses and non-conformances, and coordinating suitable corrective action to address the same.
- Issuing weekly QA/QC reports to project director and liaised with suppliers and sub-contractor pertaining quality issues. - To schedule a weekly quality meeting with the project team in site. QA/QC Manager to discuss quality issues and non-conformances related to the project.
- Implementation of the inspection & test plan requirements.
- Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards, contracts, specifications through suitable examinations and testing.
- To put in inspection request for the Main Contractor and the Consultant to inspect the completed works as per the ITP.

Responsible in verification and closure of product / system nonconformity’s found during the audit and inspection.
Responsible for the review of Procedures and Working Instruction for continual improvement.
Responsible in monitoring the implementation of current and amended quality procedures.
Investigate and coordinates to different departments for the expediting of non-conformance report.
Investigate and analyzed root cause of Audit Nonconformance Report and Product Nonconformance Report thru analysis.
Prepare monthly analysis report for Internal Quality Audit and Product Nonconformance Report.
Maintaining and updating Technical Documents (International Standards)
Preparing Method Statements, Project Quality Paln and other QA Documents required for a project.
Performs other task assigned from time to time.
