Responsible for Program/Project Management Practice Consulting & leading various government IT, Telecom & Government engagements and projects and Programs :
-Perform all aspects of Project management
-Develop costing proposals for projects, perform risk analysis and manage change control
-Make sure that the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies across the project/s and work streams are being identified and actively managed.
-Make sure that all project’s RAIDs are visible, and there is a consistent method to measure RAIDs
-Capture all Risks that may impact a project at the start of a project on the Risk Register, make decision on what Risks to worry about, Performing Risk Ranking, Scaling, Capturing the probability of Risk occurring and then to capture and balance mitigating actions and place a monetary value on the Risk (Pricing the risk).
-Perform Project Quality planning by defining the standards, and implementing quality plans (QA), and performing periodic checks to make sure the quality indicators is improving (QC) by inspecting and verifying the project’s product & work performance data using the quality metrics and by applying the suitable one or more from the “seven quality control tools” and techniques.
-Perform detailed analysis of service provider or supplier proposals, contracts, amendments, and terms
-Develop, document and implement project strategies that will provide optimal results for the client balancing key operational, technical, financial and contractual requirements
-Develop and manage client and supplier communications, maintaining the integrity of client policies and practices
-Present recommended strategy and detailed analysis throughout the engagement lifecycle
-Support special projects as well as routine and ad hoc reporting requirements
-Develop and cultivate relationship across various levels of the client organization
-Actively participate in account planning and solutions development within current engagements
-Expert knowledge in the spec, pricing and contracting processes related to Clients Government, hardware, software & IT Engagements and projects
-Assist with the development of clients information management standards and evaluation of technology trends
-Assist with the comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and preparation of business cases for new projects
-Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design

-KSA Public Security: Networking Solution-(Active/Passive), Project Budget is15 Million SAR
-KSA Diplomatic Special Forces: Total Integrated Solution- (Data Center, Business Process Management, Workflow and Portals), Project Budget is 12 Million SAR.
-Riyadh Municipality: Total Integrated Solution-(Networking, Oracle Apps), Project Budget is 25 Million SAR.
•Responsible for providing Project Management expertise, and working closely with the client, and internal Consultants/Developers, to make sure all project milestones are met.
•Driving the SDLC process for overall project and multiple sub-projects
•Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that project scope and requirements are clearly defined and documented.
•Forecasting and tracking team work hours against project budgets.
