Main duties
•Performed skilled preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, troubleshooting of specified rides in line with safety regulation.
•Replaces defective hydraulic motors of formula rossa (roller coaster), damage wiper seal of hydraulic cylinder, actuator cylinder of F-1 and F-430 special simulator, transducer of motion base simulator.
•Set-up rides and attraction such as wheel alignment, catch car alignment bottom and side shoe, sluggish movement of transducer.
•Regular visual check-up of track, pneumatic catch car break plate, wheel alignment, chassis of the train and fiber body, hydraulic system for any leakage and check for sound abnormality of rotating equipment and monitors pressure of nitrogen cylinders.
•Dismantle and assembly of train on a yearly basis as per operating procedure for (NDT) non distractive test purposes.
•Fabricate and rectify of steering wheel attachment of F-1 simulator and sleeve steering attachment of Junior GT (F-12)
