The Gulf Technical Evangelist (TE) is responsible for driving the adoption of apps for Windows Azure and Windows 8. The TE combines excellent technical knowledge of these products along with enthusiastic communication skills to win the hearts and minds of their cloud and phone communities. In doing so, the TE will become a trusted advisor and recognized liaison between these communities and Microsoft. The community includes enterprise accounts, software development houses, free-lance developers and start-ups.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive adoption of Windows Azure and Windows 8 apps through audience outreach, customer connections and digital media.
2. Broaden awareness while augmenting the community’s skill sets of Microsoft’s software tools including (but not limited to) Visual Studio, Expression, WinRT and Windows Azure.
3. Work in collaboration with our sales organizations to jointly drive the adoption of apps.
4. Skillfully articulate the merits of Microsoft .NET and WinRT technologies to all audiences in a manner that drives excitement and enthusiasm for our platform.
5. Extend reach into our communities by working in close collaboration with the Audience Marketing Manager. Beyond speakership engagements, the TE will also identify key influencers and prospect MVPs in our enterprise accounts and breadth community.
6. Engage and build relationships with developers through online and offline communities and regular engagements with key influencers.
7. Full accountability of assigned scorecard deliverable.

The Partner Business Evangelist (PBE) is responsible for driving the adoption of commercial applications for Windows. The PBE will combine excellent business skills, customer acumen and product knowledge of Windows 8.1 in driving adoption of our devices and services to Gulf customers. Given the capabilities of Windows 8.1 alongside the formidable installed base of Windows devices, custom Line of Business applications are best suited on Windows devices in the enterprise market. The PBE will also work in partnership with our Account Executives, Account Technical Sales Specialists and Device Solution Sales Specialist in identifying and driving new deployment opportunities with our customers. In doing so, he or she will become a community trusted advisor and recognized liaison between our customers and Microsoft. Such community includes enterprise accounts, government ministries and select development houses.

I am part of the IT Solutions Delivery team which is responsible for solution design, engineering, quality assurance, testing, sustaining, and documentation. Building upon my two years' experience in the medical field, I was handed over projects for the AUB Medical Center, during which my contributions included:
 Maintain and enhance the existing solutions for the AUB Medical Center.
 Business analysis of the processes and workflow in different departments across the medical center, then propose and create solutions that map these processes in web and software applications.
 Research, design, implement and test the proposed solutions, while managing the project from creation to delivery.

Developed and maintained the student information management system

Supervised a team of web developers working on the proposed projects to develop a web-based Health-care portal.
During the earlier stages of the project, i worked for 3 months in Malaysia during which i was heading a team of 2 developers.
My main duties were to develop the company's main website and the web based applications that provide the on-line services that HealthInvest offers, from Electronic Medical Records, to health-care portal and healthcare ID issuing application, that included different payment methods from prepaid cards to e-payment gateway .

I worked with the web development team in the company. The Team develops software programs that enhance the operational performance of the group's tools and processes. Computer assisted reading, reporting and brand experience planning modules to minimize the time needed for analysis and strategy development, and allows customers to concentrate resources on marketing execution.

I managed Domain Names and hosting accounts.
I developed and managed Web Portals and Content Management Systems, worked on Search Engine Optimization for existing and new websites.
