• Preparatory meetings to set up all types, forms and subjects of companies, establishments, commercial shops, representation offices and traders’ registration.
• Preparing all the papers that are necessary for the registration at the commercial register (articles of association, minutes, commercial circular, registration application …)
• Follow up all the formalities at the trade register.
• Liquidate and terminate companies, radiate traders’ names, and transfer companies from one type to another.
• Fiscal and financial operations at the Ministry Of Finance, taxation.
• All the formalities at the National Fund of Social Security such as the registration of companies and establishments and others, registration of employees and laborers, to follow up their affairs such as the processing of the subscriptions lists, to pay the required amounts until the liquidation at the end of service, and to obtain the total and limited quietus.
• All the formalities at the Ministry Of Economy (registration of marks of identification, patents, representation contracts, and others).
• Representation of companies at the Ministry Of Labor (preparation and registration of by-laws, obtaining work permits …)
• Registration of companies and establishments at the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Agriculture.
• Management of negotiations about contracts and agreements, elaboration of different types of contracts and agreements.
• Receiving clients, listening to their cases and organizing the cases in Files
• Studying the Files
• Following up on the Files with legal Consultations in the Judicial and Official Departments (General Security, Real Estate, Civil Status, Financial…)
• Follow up of Lawsuits in all its steps starting from the founding date of the File until the verdicts are pronounced and executed.
• Peruse Lawsuits of all sorts: Civil, Penal, Administrative, Councils of Arbitration Work, Military Tribunals, Spiritual Courts …
• Documentation and Archiving of Files
