• Leading and managing the Development, modification, configuration, and installation of organization’s applications to ensure they comply with Management and users’ needs.
• Rolled out Oracle NetSuite ERP System to Little Caesars in the year 2020 which resulted in significant cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Implemented Purchase module, Inventory and finance module in Oracle NetSuite .
• Integrated Oracle NetSuite with the Existing HITS HR System for automated payroll processing.
• Enhanced the HITS HR System by implementing and adding a Self Service Portal enabling around 800 Employees to access online HR service which further benefitted HR department to automate most of the Processes and eliminate 80% Paperwork.
• Migrated from the legacy NCR Aloha POS System to the advanced Foodics POS hosting it on AWS cloud platform which resulted in significant improvement on the operations of all the 83 stores and enhanced live data and reporting.
• Integrated the Inventory and sales module of the Foodics POS system to Oracle NetSuite in order to improve financial and operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Automated and Ensured business continuity using G Suite and Google Cloud Platform.
• Rolled out the QSR mobile application with ios and android SDK along with an E-commerce site for little Caesars that was hosted on AWS cloud platform.

• Leading and managing the Development, modification, configuration, and installation of
organization’s applications to ensure they comply with Management and users’ needs.
• Handling a team of Software developers, Odoo technical and functional consultants, along
with system admins.
• Rolled out Odoo ERP to Gulf central Company and its branches resulted in significant cost
savings and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring quality full lifecycle project management of IT/Software projects including HR
Automation, Helpdesk system and Odoo mobile app on Odoo Cloud Platform with iOS /
Android SDK.
• Developing and implementing cloud strategies that focus on the business benefits.
• Implemented Fleet Tracking System in GCC that enabled logistics department to check the
status of its 40 plus vehicles anytime and managed to track and locate them using GPS.
