In charge of the finance & accounts function of Al Mana Retail where we dealt with for high end brands like Hermes, John Lobb, Agent Provocateur, Illy cafe. Annual Turnover of $100 Million.
Report to MD and worked with 3 Finance Managers stationed in Doha, Dubai & Bahrain.

• Handled the arrangement of bank loan facilities for capital expansions, new boutiques.
• Handled the daily, weekly funds flow, estimation of monthly, annual funds flow
• Handled the foreign currency payments to the principals
• Reviewed the Boutique wise monthly accounts, monthly financial statements, annual audits.
• Reviewed the inventory holdings, ordering costs, department wise purchase budgets.
