Project Involved : 27 MW Captive Power Plants.

Project Involved : Fluid Catalytic Converter Unit (FCCU)

for slip ring motor maintenance up to 5 MW motors.
•Performing Maintenance on LV & MV Switchgears also knowledge in maintaining the PLC I/O Cards.
•Thorough knowledge in Operation & Maintenance of Liquid Starter, soft starter and VFD.
•Thorough knowledge in Operation & Maintenance of Sensors.
•Thorough knowledge in Testing and calibration of Process control Instruments.
•Thorough knowledge in Control Panel related activities.
•Familiar in handling various Tools and tackles like Meggar, HV test equipment, HT Motor Protection Relay testing / secondary current injection kits.

Maintenance
•Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / shutdown maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum.
•Performing Maintenance on LV & MV Switchgears also knowledge in maintaining the I/O Cards.
•Familiar in Handling Slip ring Motor and Induction Motor up to 11 KV MV Motors.
•Knowledge in LV Soft Starters, Digital AC drives.
•Perform Maintenance in Atlas Copco Compressors GA 110, GA 30, GA 22.
•Preparing maintenance schedules, conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various process control equipments.
•Knowledge in Power Transformer Maintenance and oil testing.
•Knowledge in Operating Generators and Synchronization of generators.
•Knowledge in Operating and Maintenance of Compressor.
•Provide technical direction to the Unit operation Team to optimize performance in plant production and safety.
•Spares inventory Management.
•Make schedule and monitor the Preventive Maintenance of Machines to avoid Break down.




Operations / Erection & Commissioning
•LV Switchgear Commissioning, inter-panel wiring checks, Relay and Breaker protection settings and selectivity co-ordination.
•Familiarity with ACBs, MCCBs trip units, Electronic and Numerical protection relays.
•Knowledge in Erection and Commissioning of Automatic power Factor Panel.
•Knowledge in Erection and Commissioning of LT & HT switchgears.
•Development and review of instrument cable schedule I/O list, JB schedule.
•Development of instrument list / index
•All field instrument installation as per P&ID and instrument location layout.
•Calibration of field instruments such as switches, gauges, and transmitters.
•Knowledge about the loop drawings and instrument wiring schedules.
•Supervision of Panel erection as per standards and checking of Cable termination and pre-commissioning quality checks.
•Knowledge about specification of instruments.
•Erection and fabrication all type of instrument supports and JB frame.


Project Coordination
•Preparing project schedules / plans, engineering designs / drawings and technical specifications towards the successful execution of projects.
•Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
•Preparing yearly budget for instrumentation pertaining to maintenance/modifications and upcoming projects.
•Coordinating with various contractors, consultants, Vendors for carrying out projects in scheduled time frame.
•Support lead to define man hour and cost estimate.
•Facilitate on-going project reviews with respective Project Managers.
•Prepares specifications for instruments and for instrumentation installation.
•Support in preparation and submission of AS COMMISSIONED drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
•Conduct Performance Guarantee tests at Site for handing over and closure of contracts.
•Knowledge in Purchasing for Required Materials for plant operation.
