Develop preliminary Budget based on the approved Project charter.
Prepare Bid Packages and solicit proposals from prospective Vendors.
Prepare Tender pricing documents and statement of work.
Process queries from bidders.
Prepare Cost plan and produce Bill of Quantities.
Determine the appropriate procurement route and Contract type that best suit the project level of risk and nature of work.
Attend Pre-tender meetings and respond to bidders commercial queries.
Issue letter of Intent and Notice to Proceed in accordance with procedures in place.
Maintain log for variations.
Draft Contractual correspondence in accordance with the Contract relevant provisions.
Implement dispute resolution procedures, as applicable under the Contract.
Assess Contractor’s claims for Extension of time and/or Loss and damage.
Issue addendum based on pre-bid clarifications.
Prepare Variation documents, both technical and financial.
Verify and Authorize interim payment certificates.
Validate work programme

-Review and Evaluate tenders in terms of contractual rights and liabilities.
-Propose the applicable terms & conditions (legal and business).
-Prepare contract documents and negotiate subcontractor's bids.
-Conduct market research and develop strategic approaches to secure prospective contracts.
-Maintain comprehensive communication channels among key stakeholders and discipline leads.
-Set framework for delivering commercial offers
-Resolve subcontractor's disputes.
-Assist progect team in developing cost estimates. contingency allowances and project budget.
-Participate in Source Selection Criteria for vendor bid analysis.
-Actively draft all contractual correspondence, ensure follow up and advise any problem areas.
-Manage changes and recommend preventive/corrective action through integrated change control process.
- Facilitate conflict resolution among team members.
-Apply Earned Value Technique to monitor cost performance, oversee and analyze variances from approved budget.
-Carry out trend analysis and highlight potential problems with recommendation for remedial action.
-Coordinate bank guarantees, performance bonds and LCs to ensure conformity with main contract conditions.
-Work closely with finance department to ensure contractual insurance policies in place and reduce liability exposure.
-Periodically review cash flow, project expenditures & analyze potential impact on project’s financial performance .
-Identify potential risks and help develop risk response plan utilizing the appropriate mitigation strategies.
-Prepare claims for cost implications arising out from Client's change requests.
-Establish Project Master plan, maintain critical path logic networks and evaluate current status against classic baseline to analyze deviations.
-Apply resource allocation/levelling as may be necessary to manage constraints and ensure critical milestone dates are properly met.

-Coordinate vendors to handle their enquiries and review technical proposals.
-Monitor field work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures as well as the client's specifications and respective building codes.
-Participate in weekly coordination meetings, directing subcontractors and developing schedules for each discipline in consistency with the project Master plan.
-Perform document control functions in accordance with company policy and procedures, including tracking of submittals, shop drawings log, etc
-Prepare monthly invoicing in accordance to progress milestones.
-Participate in the creation of Work Breakdown Structure and network diagram.
-Review design options, apply value engineering approach and recommend solutions.
-Develop method statement and prepare technical reports.
-Practise precise tracking for the work progress in line with baseline schedule.
-Coordinate with manufacturing, Finance, Quality control, procurement department on progress/delays.

-Prepare monthly project status reports.
-Develop look ahead schedule on weekly basis.
-Generate execution plan, Manpower histogram and resource deployment plan.
-verify scope in line with acceptance criteria specified by Quality Control team
-Initiate method statement that best fit the site condition.
-Develop cost estimates and advise contingency reserves.

-Supervise team of CAD operators at developing worshop drawings in accordance to project specifications and execution requirements.

- Facilitate the submittal log procedure for deliverables and close-out documents.

- Engage in the design phase of project cycle and approve structural calculation sheets prior to final submission.

Prepare work program, material requirement list and prepare quantiy survey for all structural related elements.
• Supervise the construction process; earthworks, rebar installation and form works and ending by concrete pouring and curing process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, BOQ and specification.
• Prepare request for inspection to the client / consultant for every phase of works.
• Evaluate / Check Billing of Sub-contractors.
• Report project activities and accomplishment to Project director
