Responsible for delivery of services to assigned customers to ensure that their systems operate at customers expected performance level constantly. Provide consistent feedback and reports.
Perform Machine Onsite Installation, Acceptance and Training.
Perform Machine Trouble-shooting, Repair and/or Parts Replacement in order to allow the Machine to return to its normal operating condition.
Perform Machine Evaluation and Application Support.
Analyze technical requirements / problems and propose solutions. Provide phone support.
Attend to Customer’s request for service support according to supervisor’s instruction.
