 Ensures, in accordance with PWA guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems
 Monitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with Health & Safety Management System & QCS
 Investigate breaches of safety regulations and produce appropriate reports as required by clients.
 Investigate accident, incident and near misses and make report.
 Review submitted risk assessment and give report to the HSE manager.
 Liaise with the Quality, Safety and Environment Department to ensure alignment of systems and good working practices
 Attend to observation raise from client and consultant and coordinate with safety officers and site engineer for proper close out.
 Overview the activities of safety officers on site and make sure they are carrying out their activities as required.
 Perform work through safety inspection with the assigned safety officer and ensure all deficiencies are corrected.
 Ensure all the equipment’s working on site are in good condition, certified, inspected and up to date.
 Ensure proper precaution have been followed, barriers and signage’s for the excavation.
 Monitoring and maintaining work zone traffic management and advice contractor and sub-contractor on how to improve safety within the work area. etc
