✓ Managed hotel operations in 58 rooms/suites for a 3 stars hotel; duties include managing the operations process within different hotel departments (front office & reservations, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, purchasing, cost controller and maintenance) ✓ Followed up with the hotel standards and basics from SOP'S, trainings, colleagues learning and development plan to upkeep the human capital. ✓ Assessed and reviewed guest satisfaction and service recovery process. ✓ Reviewed and updated the current and next year budget on monthly basis the hotel financial reports and act accordingly ✓ Conducted daily/weekly meeting with all departments to discuss day to day operations, short term plan, long term strategy in order to improve our guests experience and the hotel financial situation. ✓ Monitored the purchase and the requisitions of each department
