• Perform 180-recruitment cycle in the most professional and efficient way.
• Utilize all search engines, user groups or blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates.
• Oversee all related activities of the sourcing processes.
• Apply preliminary screening for all received CVs via different channels and resources.
• Identify potential applicants responding to job ads posting.
• Ensure applying high efficiency criteria matching for all received CVs.
• Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates.
• Apply ranking methodology for all received CVs based on their criteria matching and requirements.
• Perform summary of CVs technique to ensure faster needs identification of available candidates for future vacancies required.
• Create well-organized and structured CVs database to support faster preliminary screening for future vacancies.
• Prepare recruitment summary and maintain ongoing update.
• Review the relevant strength and size of the candidates’ pool to determine with the Recruitment Manager and Senior HR/Talent Acquisition Development Manager if additional sourcing activities are required.
• Conduct phone interviews for potential candidates as advised by the Regional Recruitment Director.
• Ensure implementing all requested recruitment process as set by the Regional Recruitment Director.
• Arrange Interviews for potential candidates with the required Managers.
• Conduct initial and HR interviews for potential candidates.
• Provide detailed assessment feedback on all interviewed potential candidates to the Regional Recruitment Director.
• Ensure proper and continuous track-record updates of all candidates’ progress on the Recruitment Portal/Server.
• Ensure completion of all documents as per the recruitment standards and processes.
• Ensure notifying candidates about their application progress and provides timely feedback.
• Answer enquiries from candidates regarding employment opportunities.
• Report to Regional Recruitment Director on all challenging matters and obstacles facing with supported data and feedback
• Analyze customer requirements in terms of open positions; get vacancy details from them.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals and careers website.
• Conduct studies to understand any new job and its requirements in order to find the right candidates.
• Network and source potential candidates on niche platforms and professional groups on social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, recruitment databases and social networking sites).
• Create and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable jobs.
• Filter candidates in line with customer requirements.
• Enter each new candidate details in the company database, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Establish direct contact with candidates to explain any details related to the position or the offer.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Create evaluation matrix for multiple candidates against provided rating (technically and financially).
• Conduct initial phone/ Skype/ Zoom/ MS Teams interviews to create a pool of qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
• Format resumes, organize all necessary details (contact details, financial...) in preparation for submission.
• Submit the shortlisted candidate from our side to our client.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Technical expertise with ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Introduce new recruits to the company and go through the training process.
• Provide support to HR team.
• Build good relationships with customers though open communication, regular updates and professional work.
• Meet targets deadline for the number of vacancies.
• Keep records of clients, employers and vacancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and submissions.
