•Detail and Design Irrigation Parts, Mainline Hookups and Jigs for mass production with quality approval and safety compliance.
•Detail and Design UL and Seismic certified Skid, Canopy, Control Panel & Power Box enclosures for Generator.
•Reverse Engineering of Air Preheater, Pump-Engine coupled Cart, Customized military application parts, machined Shaft, Sleeves and Collars including material specification and commendable tolerances.
•Interpret customers design requirements and synthesize shop drawing related to manufacturing capability and material on-hand to fit delivery schedule.
•Generate Manufacturing Time Estimates, Sequence of Processes and Bill of Materials (BOM) on designated part, assembly and packages.
•Execute safety and cost design analysis, manual calculation, supported through SolidWorks-Simulation stress evaluation/ Finite Element Analysis.
•Conduct Data Exchange, configuration, storage and modification of parts, assembly or drawing rendered through SolidWorks Enterprise PDM.
•Craft product brochures and instructional manuals for erection personnel and salesman used.
•Coordinate and Identify interruptions with fabrication supervisors and personnel on prioritized job and resolve problems to ensure target time frame is attained.
•Facilitate Quality Assurance concerns and recommend concessions concentrated to design and material availability advantages.
Responsible for safekeeping of tools, calibrated instruments and aircraft applied maintenance consumables.
Assist aircraft mechanics, technicians and inspectors in selecting accurate tools for specific jobs through Trax bin locator.
Monitor project expenses and recommend solutions to control and minimize looses.
Generate billing cost and utilization schedule of rental vehicles and equipments for each customer.
