• Developing & implementing Quality Management System (QMS)for the above project.
• Preparation & submission of all technical documents; Project Quality Assurance Plans (PQAP), Method Statements (MST), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Checklist (CHL), Forms, Formats and other documents as per contract requriemtns.
• Reviewing Project specification & requirements of project and selecting materials for submission (MS).
• Preparation of Sample / Prototypes submission and building full size mock ups in Factory.
• Review of documents before proceed Aconex submission and reviewing returned document comments from consultant/ client and taking action accordingly.
• Interviewing new applicants for building competent Site QA/QC Team for the project.
• Attending virtual meeting weekly / monthly meeting with Client and Consultant.
• As other duties necessarily required.
Responsible for effective implementation, maintenance, monitoring, documentation of the Project quality plan (PQP) in line with company’s quality management system (QMS) and contract specifications.
Responsible for all site QA/QC based activities and ensuring all the works undertaken by employer are controlled and are in accordance with the relevant procedures and specifications, standards and project requirements.
Preparation of all required qa/qc documents (Pre qualifications documents, Project quality plan, Material submission and others) for submission to client/consultant for their review & approvals.
Review the QA/QC documents status from client/consultant and incorporating their comments to obtain necessary approvals.
Reviewing the approved material submittals to be ensure, all the materials & equipment to be incorporated in final construction are approved and comply with project specification and suit to side conditions requirement.
Conducting material surveillance on incoming deliveries and ensuring that all materials are approved and fully protected from weather conditions and damages during handling & storage.
Suggesting corrective & preventive action for closing of NCRs & and monitoing the status.
Attending weekly project QA/QC meetings and quality walks with consultant.
Supervising and assisting a team of engineer/inspectors.
• Executed all site QA/QC based activities and ensuring all the works undertaken by employer are controlled and are in accordance with the relevant procedures and specifications, standards and project requirements.
• Reviewed Method statements (MST), Inspection and test plans (ITP), Checklists and other required documents in line with contract scope of works and in accordance with project specifications and submit for approval.
• Ensured Project quality plan (PQP), Method statements (MST) Inspection and test plans (ITP) & approved drawings are properly implemented on site and current revisions are available to use.
• Led a team of QA/QC Engineers/ inspectors and ensuring all the required Material inspection request (MIR) and Inspection & test request (ITR) were raised and inspected by consultant to ensure the completed stages of works have been approved to proceed further activities.
• Attended weekly project QA/QC meetings and quality walks with consultant & client to discuss the quality issues and site progress issues.
• Adhered to site instructions /NCRs for non-compliance to specifications, procedures, materials and suggesting corrective/preventive actions.

• Conducting & participating in Internal/External Quality Audit programmed and review/prepare analysis of generated NCR’s,
• complaints and audit and keep all documents updated in order to QMS requirements. Assisting in management review.
• Preparing project handing over documents/reports (Snag report, review pre-& as built drawing & red line marking and preparing required documents for dossier.
• Responsible for effectively implementation, maintenance, monitoring, documentation of the QA/QC Plans for the project in line with company’s quality management system (QMS) and contract specifications.
• Responsible to implement, monitor and documenting the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection amp; Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) narrated in the Project quality plan (PQP)
• Conducting inspection on incoming materials and ensured for Engineer’s approvals, required test, factory or supplier compliance certificates have been obtained, also ensured handling & storage are in line with of all requirements.
• Ensured that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in following the contract requirements.
• Raising IRs to client/consultant as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP after carried out self-satifactionary inspection and attending inspection with KEO/ASTAD.
• Reviewing the consultant responded submission and take the further required action and incorporate the comments and re submit to close the submission.
• Participating the site QA/QC meetings & quality walks with the project management, consultant and subcontractors, taking necessary actions to eliminate of potential nonconformance.
• Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the deficiencies to project Specifications, procedure, material or normal construction industry practices and Also following up for the closing out of NCR’s and SOR’s.
• Preparing weekly reports of the actual QA/QC activities accomplished during the week and submit to Project Manager and Quality manager, informing for critical and any special requirement.
• Conducting Internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule prepared by the Quality manager and preparing audit finding report, NCR’s and observations and following up the required close out of NCR’s and observations.
• Preparing handing over documents (Snag report, review as built drawing & red line marking and preparing required documents for dossier)
• Responsible to carried out inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation to ensure that all required installation is done as per the approved AFC/IFC drawings.
• Inspection on incoming materials, be ensure the materials are approved by consultants and as per applicable specifications, take care about handling and storage and submit MIR to consultant.
• Responsible for the elements to be cast are complying IFC, AFC shop drawings, use of approved materials, fixings, reinforcement as per drawing, and produced under guidelines of approved MS (method statement), ITP and applicable specification.
• Responsible to monitor concrete pours to be ensured about approved mix design for the project, slump, temperature and required samples and test results, keep the records.
• Completing all the required checklist, reports documentations as required company quality policy.
• Reporting the discrepancy by NCR non-conformance, give suggestion to preparation of CAR & PAR and monitoring closing out.
• Coordination with clients/consultant for their requirements, complaints and make them satisfied.
• Inspecting works on various sites on request of contractors at various stages of works.
• Collecting soil samples and send to lab for testing to determine type of concrete foundation.
• Very ensuring that contractor using the approved material which recorded in signed tender or recorded in agreed supplier/manufacturer.
• Checking the layout of columns center lines, reinforcement of columns, and all works below ground level.
• Coordinating with the local Municipal authority their site inspection at various stages on construction and obtain all the necessary NOCs.
• Checking the shuttering works (levels beam sizes, supports) and reinforcement (no, spacing & diameters) are as per drawings all level before concrete pouring.
• Taking the concrete samples during the pouring and send to lab for testing and keep monitoring.
• Checking the block works, plastering works, marble, tile fixing, and water proofing works and ensuring work are done in line, level, and plumb and achieved the highest level of finishing.
• Checking the quantity against contractors billing and verifying the billing quantities.
• Conducting snagging on contractors completed work for each room and installed item wise.
• Monitoring the all work progress and ensuring that work is completing in agreed timeframe
• Reporting to site engineer and working as per his instruction
• Reading the drawing (plan, section, elevations) checking physically measurement of shuttering works (beam sizes level supports) and reinforcement (No, spacing, diameter and alignment)
• Checking the block works, plastering, marble, tile fixings & water proofing for line, level, plumpness, psychical measurements and ensuring adhered high standard of finishing. Reporting the non-conformance to side QC engineer
