distribution.

the replenishment department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Dealing with local & international suppliers, negotiating on prices and credit terms and conditions With an intention of signing long term contracts
• Mapping and implementing of the cross border operations for road transport.
• Processing Purchased Invoices in the system an escalating it to the Finance Manager
Co-ordinate with the company’s banker
• Review LCs (letter of credit) with the suppliers through supplier’s bank, Arrange collection of LCs (list of required Docs from the Bank negotiation)
• Deals with the Dubai & Sharjah custom clearance through agent, prepare all required documents as stipulated by the LCs.
• Coordinate With supplier as per for documents such as
1. Commodities Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List as per shipment
3. Certificate of Conformity
4. Certificate of origin, AWB ECT.
5. Co-ordinate with the supplier in the
preparation

My Achievement: Since I started to handle the department as a Manager, everything are well organized and I am proud of saying that the company’s net profit increases into 20%.
