shipment targets; customer complaints & order management.

• Mapping and implementing of the cross border operations
for road transport.

• Attend all operations related to customer queries independently
handle quotations

• Build proposals and quotations to the market place with in 24
hours of obtain the request for freight quotation

• Quote prices, credit terms & prepare sales contracts obtained

• Utilized professional selling skills, knowledge of the territory, and
broad network of contacts to achieve success, Liaise with world
wide agents for the movement of freight

• Maintaining good relationship with customers, forwarders &
Liners.

• Coordinate with shipping companies for rates, releases, IMCO
approvals, DGPC, load list etc

• Correspondence with local and overseas customers

• Act as link with load port agents and destination agents related
to transshipment cargo

• Responsible for invoicing, internal transfers of cost etc

• Assist various departments for development of work schedule
and coordinate with them

• Maintain client communication, solve client complaints, and
manage administration

• Following up existing customers and keeping updated

• Planning and implementing promotional activities

• Review payments & credit terms of clients & coordinate the
same.

• Identify & implement supply chain processes to manage
distribution.

• Analyze data, forecast & plan the monthly turnover & liaise with
the replenishment department.

• Maintaining record of LCL and FCL rates to various destination
for Market

My Achievement: Within the period of my stay as a Business

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Dealing with local & international suppliers, negotiating on prices and credit terms and conditions With an intention of signing long term contracts

• Mapping and implementing of the cross border operations for road transport.

• Processing Purchased Invoices in the system an escalating it to the Finance Manager
Co-ordinate with the company’s banker

• Review LCs (letter of credit) with the suppliers through supplier’s bank, Arrange collection of LCs (list of required Docs from the Bank negotiation)

• Deals with the Dubai & Sharjah custom clearance through agent, prepare all required documents as stipulated by the LCs.

• Coordinate With supplier as per for documents such as

1. Commodities Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List as per shipment
3. Certificate of Conformity
4. Certificate of origin, AWB ECT.
5. Co-ordinate with the supplier in the
preparation
Documents for the shipments w.r.t commodities items
Codes, H.S Codes ETC.

My Achievement: Since I started to handle the department as a Manager, everything are well organized and I am proud of saying that the company’s net profit increases into 20%.
