Al Mashrabia Furniture Industry (AMFI) was established in 1995 as a joinery division of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group to cater ton in-house projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Develop the Company’s annual sales forecast in cooperation with the Division Head or GM.
-To oversee market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities.
-To effectively market the Company, products and services.
-Overall responsibility in the process of collecting and analyzing of competitive data for strategic planning purposes.
-Assist in developing the Company’s strategic business plans and department budget preparation.
-Establish the company brand as the leader and best in class manufacturing company.
-Assist in the promotion and advertising campaigns of the company, issuing the quality and attractive company brochures, updating the company profile, etc.
Responsible in preparing the weekly/monthly department reports.
Major Clients: ALEC Fitout, Shapoorji Pallonji LLC, Select group, JLL consultants, Ms construction, Pivot engineering, Emaar, Gunal construction etc.
Immersion Interior Design LLC is part of the MTEC Contracting group which has been providing innovative interior designs for commercial, retail and residential projects in Dubai over the last 16 years.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Review Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, edit technical and financial Proposals / Presentations client’s requirements and within given deadlines. Follow up with clients after proposal submission.
-Follow direction of Immersion’s Management and keep him updated in all business developments activities under my responsibility.
-Monitor client satisfaction with Immersion’s services and provide feedback for operational improvement and implement change if appropriate.
-Negotiation of contract terms & conditions.
-Prepares all other MIS reports in excel as required by management.
-Coordinating Architectural shop drawings with Tender drawings, Structural and other Services Shop drawings as well as with the site engineers & foreman and expose the problems & conflictions.
-Coordinating with the Suppliers, replying for their inquiries and providing detail & information as they require.
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone call
Role & Responsibilities:
-Preparing shop drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation from tender drawings.
-Preparing shop drawings for Granite Floor pattern with detail of fixation, Skirting and wall cladding.
-Preparing shop drawings for all type of staircases with finishing detail, Handrail detail, Handrail fixation detail, Skirting & Coping detail.
-Preparing shop drawing with the complete detail for all Reception Counter present in the project.
-Preparing detail of Toilets, Wash Rooms and Janitors.
-Preparing the complicated detail drawings.
-Preparing Plaster detail drawings.
Responsible for preparing architectural working drawings such as plans, sections and elevations.
-Details of bathrooms & kitchen, flooring layout.
-Details for residential villas and apartment buildings, as well as municipal approval drawings.
-It included preparation of drawings from their concept design stage to final stage, presentation drawings and working drawings for construction.
