Roleresponsibilities:•Consolidate the organizational L&D needs and classify them based on technical, non-technical, organizational and departmental aspects •Select training vendors, appraise vendors quality and approaches to ensure that the company is up to date on both the training standards and methods•Implement training plan and ensure proper execution of all identified training programs•Manage training budget in coordination with HC management•Arrange with internship program mentors, facility, HC and finance departments•Finalize the financial payment issuing for training providers•Set the annual performance management standards (tasks, competencies, KPIs & KRIs) and discuss with each subordinate and agree about how you will assess their achievements•Assess -in collaboration with the Strategy section -the training needs of the subordinates and agree on the needed training and development programs

Role Responsibilities:
• Marketing & designing (Photoshop - basic) of internal campaigns for pharmaceutical companies (e.g. Roche,
Takeda, Pfizer, etc.)
• Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
• Designing and Implementing external training programs with clients
• Interviewing freelance trainers for external training sessions
• Provide opportunities for ongoingdevelopment
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
