Develop and operate a portfolio of twenty entertainment complexes in fourteen key cities
Develop and operate a network of fifty cinemas
Duties:
Full Lead Design Consultancy services from Concept Design to Handover the Projects.
Project Management of the Lead Design Consultant (LDC), Cost Consultant, Supervision Consultant, and the Main Contractor.
Assist the Clint PMO in shaping their Quality Program.
Take initiatives to keep the contractors on schedule and within the program budget.
Thakher City Project is a mixed-use development of 30 hectares of infrastructures with major hospitality (80)
Commercial, residential towers, and facilities, as well as a retail Mall.
Phase One comprises Novotel Hotel, three towers connected via bridges. Each tower consists of 513 guestrooms with facilities; Entrance Lobby, Café Lounge, Restaurant, Laundry, Prayer Halls, and GYM located at lower levels.
Duties:
Project Management and associated processes of the design, construction planning, scheduling, and execution, along with the supervision consultant.
Coordinate the program between the client objectives, designer, consultant, and the contractor.
Monitor the supervision consultant's obligation to the project execution.
Take initiatives to keep the contractors on schedule and within the program budget.
Utilization of PMO techniques with continuous updates and procedures/Processes.
Develop a Quality Program for the client.
ARAMCO Design Build EPC three-star Residential Camp Project for the Fadhili Gas Plant in the eastern Part of Saudi Arabia. Infrastructure, 13 Residential Apartments buildings, Clinic, Fire Station, Community Center, Shades, landfill and other Amenities structures…etc. Valued over one Billion Riyals.
Duties:
Design development in co-ordination with the respective engineers and consultants, including external stakeholders for city/complex.
Construction coordination between multiple buildings and sites in conjunction with all disciplines on the Fadhili Bachelor Camp, A three-star residential compound.
Oversee all aspect of the project management and associated processes.
Utilization of the International Building Codes and standards in the design, construction, and execution of the project.
Development Design/Built of two training cities and two emergency camps Security Headquarters complexes for the Ministry of Interior in Hail and Tabuk including: execution, construction, design for site adaptation, issuance of all design changes including computation, execution drawings and details, finishing works, furniture, equipments, etc...
Each complex includes administration buildings, mosques, auditoriums and theaters, dormitories, housing units, educational buildings, security buildings and facilities, sports facilities, clinics, workshops, warehouses, petrol stations, and other types of buildings as well as all required services, utilities, site development and complete infrastructure.

Duties:
Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
Ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.

Engineering Consultancy for government and private investors in the Design, Permitting and Construction of high-rise buildings.
Duties:
Design development in co-ordination with the respective engineers and consultants, including external stakeholders for Phase 1, Plot 1, Zone C. Five high-rise buildings ranging from 42 to 52 stories in height with a common basement and two common parking. Estimated value of 900 million dirhams.
Conducted several accessibility seminars for the Ministry of Social Affairs, with representatives from the Building Directorates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

Duties:
Preparation of monthly progress reports during design development stage.
Inspections, plan review, product value engineering, and materials evaluation and selection.
Provided management and support for Tender process, Pre-qualification, and selection of vendors and contractors.
Review of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential plans for structural stability and for compliance with County and State Building Code, ensuring public safety, health and welfare. Conduct pre and post review meetings with architects, engineers and contractors to discuss code and projects related issues. Collect comments from other departments, i.e. Zoning, Engineering, Planning, Health and Public Utilities, to coordinate the design and permitting issues.
