* Help in obtaining and analyzing Xerox’s distributor’s weekly and monthly reports.
* Review all distributors’ orders (Quantities, Pricing& Harmonization's price)
* Facilitate all Resellers’ stock & information analysis about sell Out.

• Use of computer programs(SAP - AS400)
* Rebate calculations for all Resellers
* Provides the partners and resellers with authorizations letters to protect them from
Gary and black market.
* Received all customers call from the call center and send to the reseller's to support
what the customers need and follow with them the feedback about the customers .
* Support team members in achieving their duties the business need.
